I met with a friend and took my daughter and I haven’t had amazing coffee like this in such a long time! I got a caramel cortado and my friend got the Jamaican latter. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing especially with the chipotle sauce. The owner just has such a warm and welcoming energy to her as well that it just adds to the warm and cozy atmosphere!

This is a great little Cafe in Phillipsburg, NJ. They have locally sourced, delicious coffee of course, but they also have great sandwiches and bagels and other sweet and savory delights. The carrot muffins are my favorite treat! The owners, Matt and Anna are so welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm and cozy. it feels like home as soon as you walk in. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem!

First visit. Asked Owner Matt what kind of drip coffee they had and they were serving Sumatran from Homestead Coffee Roasters..This happens to be one of my favorite roasters. The coffee was terrific. My brother n law had an Americano decaf which he raved about. The place is very nice and inviting. I m not sure if they have several different coffees to choose from or if they serve pourovers but I will inquire. The place has a lot going for it. The bacon and egg biscuit sandwich was also very good. It was a very nice experience all around. The owner was informative and the prices are very reasonable. We drove an hour to try this place out and weren't disappointed. I'm sure the locals love this place. I will visit next time Im in area

We were heading home to Ohio after a week in NYC and on a whim stopped here to get much needed coffee & snack. We like to stop at local coffee shops rather than big chains but sometimes we're disappointed - not this time. Maybe it was the week in NYC which made us appreciate some friendly faces but they had them. Such a sweet staff who took care of us wayward travelers! The baked goods looked homemade and a biscuit called my name as I walked through the door. Grabbed a vanilla latte for the Mr and a iced caramel mocha for myself and as we got in the car took our first sips - YUM! Best coffee we've had on this trip! Biscuit was as good as it looked if not better and I am sad I didn't make it a breakfast sandwich because that would have slapped! Thanks for making our morning, ladies - see you next time ☕

Hidden Gem! Just discovered this cool Cafe in Phillipsburg, NJ. The hands-on Owner makes certain that everything is well prepared. The bread was fresh which made the avocado toast perfect. The artisanal coffees well prepared with style. Appreciated the personal attention to detail. Check out this unique spot just a short walk from the Bridge to Easton!

The food here was very good, probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had. The avocado toast was fresh and also very good. The atmosphere was great as well, with friendly staff and a good ambiance. Highly recommend, especially if you are driving through as we were and looking to try somewhere new.

We found ourselves in Easton ahead of schedule and decided to grab a bite for brunch. Decided to try Salvage Café in Phillipsburg, NJ. Finding this place felt like divine intervention. The staff is some of the friendliest you’ll come by and made great suggestions on what to try. I took the recommendation of the Jamaican latte, which might’ve been the best iced coffee I’ve ever had. My wife opted for the mocha latte and she was nothing short of floored. We both got bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches; one on a biscuit and one on a croissant. Every layer of these sandwiches is diligently thought through, from the dough to the egg consistency to the house sauce ratio. The chipotle mayo was terrific. We’re thrilled we tried this gem on a whim and are already planning another trip back as soon as time allows. Anna, the owner, was just as pleasant as the food being served.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped in and ordered a croissant bacon, egg, and cheese with an iced pumpkin latte—and wow, I was blown away! The woman at the front was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Her energy and aura instantly set such a positive vibe for the whole café. The food was beyond amazing—I honestly didn’t expect a simple sandwich to taste so addictive, but whatever they added made it unforgettable. The latte was the perfect touch, too. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this spot!
